WATER BASE DUCT SEALANT

This is a 100 percent solvent free product used for sealing air conditioning and heating ducts. It is non-flammable, extremely fast drying, odor free, and environmentally friendly. PA-4084 has a superior bond and is U.L. listed. There is no better water base duct sealant available anywhere.
  1. SEALING SHEET METAL JOINTS AND SEAMS IN HIGH OR LOW PRESSURE DUCT SYSTEMS.
  2. CLOSING HOLES AND SEALING SCREW AND RIVET HEADS IN SHEET METAL.
  3. SEALING AND SEAMING AIR PASSAGES IN DRYERS, AIR CONDITIONERS, AND INDUSTRIAL AIR PROCESSING UNITS.
  1. Forms an air-tight and water-tight seal which is tough and strong.
  2. Flexes with expansion and contraction of the sheet metal.
  3. Excellent bond to aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
  4. Can be applied quickly by caulking gun, putty knife, trowel or heavy brush.
  5. Adds structural strength to the flange or seam.
  6. Will not drip or sag.
  7. Non-flammable, no unpleasant odors or hazardous fumes. Safe to use in enclosed areas.
  8. Will not support mildew growth.

Drying time Tack-free: 1 to 4 hours (depending on humidity and temperature)
Complete drying: 1 to 2 days at room temperature

Application and storage KEEP FROM FREEZING
40°F to 100°F
Clean up with hot water while material is still wet.

Flammability NON-FLAMMABLE, SOLVENT FREE
Application techniques Apply from a caulking tube or with a knife, trowel or heavy brush.
