ORTHOTIC CHLOROPRENE SHOE ADHESIVE

341 is a high solids cement especially formulated for use in fabricating orthotic insoles and for the manufacture and repair of shoes.
341 can be used on a variety of substrates including, polypropylene, SBR, PPR, EVA and cushion crepe.

Composition 341 is made with a blend of flammable solvents, chloroprene rubber and high tack resins.
Color Opaque light tan
Viscosity 800 to 1200 cps
Solids Content 25 to 29%
Solvents Use our special "341 Solvent Blend" for best results to clean-up and thin. Toluene may also be used for clean-up.
Storability 6 months
Weight per Gallon 7.0 ± 0.5 #/gallon
Application techniques Apply to both sides of substrate and allow to dry five or ten minutes before pressing material into place. May be applied with a brush, roller or machine. May be heat activated if desired, but it is not necessary.
