SPRAYABLE WATER BASE INSULATION ADHESIVE

A non-flammable water base adhesive used for spray application. This is a fast tack, easy spray adhesive which creates an excellent bond of fiberglass insulation to sheet metal.

Composition A high solids, water base adhesive that is non-flammable when wet.
Color White, dries clear.
Viscosity 900 cps ± 500 cps
Solids Content 47% ± 3%
Solvents Thin with water. Clean up when wet with warm water. Dry clean up with aromatic solvents.
Storability Keep from freezing. Store and ship at temperatures above 32°F. Use within 6 months after receipt.
Weight per Gallon 8.2 ± 0.5 #/gallon
Coverage 400 to 450 Square feet per gallon
Service Temperature 0°F to 150°F
Flammability No flammable vapors when wet.
Application and Storage temperature 50°F to 100°F
Application techniques Sprayable. May also be applied by brush or roller.
