NON-FLAMMABLE WATER BASE INSULATION ADHESIVE

A non-flammable water base adhesive used primarily in roll coater duct liner machines to bond fiberglass insulation to sheet metal. It can be rolled or brushed. PA-112 provides excellent coverage.
  1. BONDING FIBERGLASS INSULATION TO THE INTERIOR OF SHEET METAL DUCTS.
  2. BONDING FIBERGLASS INSULATION TO OTHER RIGID MATERIALS.
  3. BONDING ALUMINUM FOIL, PAPER OR VINYL FILM TO FIBERGLASS INSULATION.
  4. FOR USE IN ROTO-BONDING MACHINES
  1. Non-flammable, no unpleasant odors or hazardous fumes. Safe to use in enclosed areas.
  2. Easy clean up with warm water.
  3. Excellent coverage.
Composition A high solids, water base adhesive that is non-flammable when wet.
Color Gray when wet. Black when dry.
Viscosity 3000 cps ± 1000 cps
Solids Content 37% ± 1%
Solvents Thin with water. Clean up when wet with warm water. Dry clean up with aromatic solvents.
Storability Keep from freezing. Store and ship at temperatures above 32°F. Use within 6 months after receipt.
Weight per Gallon 8.34 ± 0.1 #/gallon
Service Temperature 0°F to 150°F
Flammability Wet - Non-flammable. Dry - Slow burning.
Application and Storage 50°F to 100°F
Application techniques Roller coating machine, brush or roller.
